Every night after I train, I get really bad headachs and feel light headed. This happens no matter how much I have eaten that day. I though it might by blood sugar, so I started to drink a shake right after I was done, but I do cardio after I train and I have always been told to wait 30 min after cardio to eat because your body will still burn fat?
My main thing is I cant do cardio in the AM because I have a baby to take care of before I go to work, so I have to keep my schedule.

When you drank a shake before your cardio, did that stop the headaches?

When I read your post first thing that popped into my mind was your blood pressure. Might want to check it as a possibility.

I have something similar happen , my head doesnt hurt but I get very light headed like I sometimes almost pass out. So I went and bought some Glucose tablets, to raise my blood sugar back up some , and then the shaking and light headedness seems to go away.

I was thinking blood pressure too. That's why I asked if the shakes helped or not. I'm sure fiorinal would also help, but seems a bit extreme. A good doctor should aim to treat the cause, not the symptoms.

Yeah, it helped, but I like to do cardio after I workout. I though I should wait 30 min after I do cardio to eat? When I was pregnant I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia, but after i had my daughter, it went away.
