I read in various fitness & muscle magazines that flax seed oil was part of their every day diet...exactly what are the benefits of taking this?

makes your protein shakes creamy....

In a diet where youre regulating/combining for optimal performance or weight loss, one of the elements that commonly gets overlooked is the importance of fats. All fats are not created equally though. Flax is one of the good guys.

I would add 1 tbsp to my protein shake in the morning. Some nutritionists advise to take 1 tbsp at every meal, but I have such a fat phobia that I have not tried it.
