I read somewhere that if women take DNP it will damage all of their eggs, thus effectively destroying their ability to have normal babies. Have any of you heard this and if it is true, would it be only true if used numerous times or could it happen with as little as one cycle? I understand that it is a dangerous drug and i know the correct ways for use, but if this is an effect from it then its definately not worth the risk for me. (since i don't have children, but plan to) Any info on this would be appreciated. IP: Logged |

I can't find any research that supports the idea of egg destruction from DNP use. It certainly seems to be a teratogen, which means it can damage an unborn embryo and so should not be taken by pregnant women. Do you remember where you heard/read this info? Just becase I can't find research on the susject doesn't mean it's a safe drug for women to use. It may be that no one has addressed this question in a research environment, or that it was published too recently for my search engine to find it. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Well I've looked everywhere I could. Strange how that anabolics article gave references for everything else in the article, but not that 1 statement. It could well be an urban myth. But what I have found out about DNP in general would make me avoid it like the plague. There's no research I could find done specifically on women so it's a lucky dip. Maybe an email to whoever wrote the anabolics.com article would get to the bottom of it. Artemis, can you help out? IP: Logged |

Thanks MS. I'm just really curious. I started a cycle a few weeks ago and was only into day 3 when i came across this info, so i quit. I'm pretty sure only 3 days wouldn't have done damage. I hope not anyway. I'm not planning on using it again, i'm just curious to find out if its true & if anyone else has heard this or not. Thanks for checkin' it out. IP: Logged |

I came up empty on this as well... Damn if this DNP is just to new for much to be written about it yet. I don't think this stuff is for anyone but the top BB'ers. If you aint making money with your body, then I have a hard time justifying it's use....and even then, extream caution must be used. Late Lobo IP: Logged |
