I'M A USUAL PRETTY GOOD EATER BUT SINCE I'M TAKING RIPPED FUEL FOR HELP WITH FAT LOSS I'M HAVING A HARD TIME EATING 6 TIMES A DAY. I'M EATING ABOUT 5 IF I FORCE IT DOWN. SO, IF I STICK TO EATING JUST MY SHARE OF PROTEIN(130-140)WILL I STILL GET THE MUSCLE GAINS I WANT ALONG WITH THE FAT LOSS? ALSO, I WENT TO SEE BIKINIMOMS PHOTOS AND VOTED FOR HER. SHE LOOKS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME(I WISH)!!!!!!!! I'M ENVIOUS GOD, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A WOMAN TO REALLY LOOK EXTREME NATURALLY? I'VE BEEN AT IT FOR A YEAR AND TO TELL THE TRUTH I JUST LOOK REALLY ATHLETIC BUT NOT NEAR WHAT I'D LIKE TO LOOK LIKE. AS MR. KING ONCE SAID "I HAVE A DREAM" NO SHIT. IP: Logged |

I don't know too much but I can tell you that it is important to eat frequently. You need to keep that metabolism up. Also, BMom you do look great. IP: Logged |

Also about you question , how long? The photos that you see posted on that particular site were taken 3 years after the birth of my last baby. But I have to tell you, they pale in comparison to what I've done with my physique since then (Sep - Dec 99). I probably could've gotten there sooner if I had eaten better. No, strike that - I KNOW I could've gotten there sooner if I had eaten better. I always trained hard, with good technique, and consistency but I didn't eat enough. Since I've made the commitment to compete my physique has emerged it seems out of nowhere! Now I don't mean to mislead and make it seem like magic, but girl if I had listened to what I was told from day one ...shoulda, woulda, coulda. The bottom line is when you are ready to grow ...you will do what is necessary. If you just want to be toned and hard (like in the pics from the sight) you can get there. (and NO, I was NOT ALWAYS THIN AND/OR ATHLETIC.) If you like email me and I will share with you a nasty photo of what I looked like BEFORE KIDS. (I hope you have a strong stomach!) If you want to take it a step further and truly see what your genetic potential is - you are definitely going to HAVE TO EAT! Do NOT CUT YOUR CARBS AND FAT TOO LOW! You need adequate amounts of protein, also. There is no magic here. I'm not an expert when it comes to nutrition - Hell, I still have so much to learn myself. I see that there are plenty of experts here that will be able to give you more specific advice. But as far as inspiration and motivation goes, I feel I got plenty o' that to go around! Congrats RACHANN, being too full (of good, clean food) is the best thing you can do for yourself. Force it down. The biggest reason for this, besides the obvious that you need the nutrition to grow, is that if you are always full, you will not be tempted to touch those ring dings and Ho Ho's. AND CONTINUE ON THE RIPPED FUEL? WHAT ABOUT THE PROTEIN PART? AND ANOTHER QUESTION, FAT... HOW MANY GRAMS OF THE GOOD STUFF CAN I EAT AND STILL LOSE UNWANTED FAT?? I EAT NARURAL PEANUT BUTTER, OLIVES FLAXSEED OIL TABS FOR NOW GETTING THE LIQUID LATER THIS WEEK.$$$)AND SOME IN MY PROTEIN LIKE CHICKEN BREASTS/TURKEY/TUNA, YOU KNOW...
