Hello everyone!! Well, I'm beginning endurance training for my soccer team. Our season is starting very shortly. I'm not sure if I should run for distance or for time. Whichever one, how far or how long should I be running to get in good shape? I'm not very sure what condition I am currently in. This morning, I ran around the neighborhood for a straight 17 minutes. Running at a fairly steady, rather fast pace, I returned home completely out of breath. Later today I am going to drive out in my car and see how far I ran. IP: Logged |
