I have been reading the boards for a long time, and since I can't find the answer to my question I decided to register myself.

how do I cycle E/C/A and Clen?
and for how long?

Depends on why you're using ECA/clen. And on what else you're doing in life. You'll get a lot of disagreement on this subject, but most people who alternate these two drugs use them 2 weeks on ECA only, followed by 2 weeks Clen only, and then back to the ECA, etc.....

I agree with MS 100% - clen for two weeks then ECA for two weeks then clen for two weeks...so on and so forth ...this is to keep you're body from getting used to either one

I am 32, and have worked out for 6 yrs. I do cardio 4-5 times a week and weight train. I have been pretty muscular in the past and now I like to have muscle and look as if I do, but not bulky.

I have found it more difficult to stay lean in the last year, and I refuse to accept that it comes with age.

I have a clean diet. I eat in The Zone, with some sweet splurges here and there.

I have taken ECA stack now for about 31/2 weeks and have found myself really tired, but it has worked well. But now it seems like it's having the reverse effect on me as far as the energy goes.
I just got my clen yesturday and I'm not sure how to cycle them together. I was told 2 weeks ECA then 2 weeks Clen. But I have read some conflicting things on the discussion boards.

So I want the female perspective on how chicks take this stuff to get leaner (and stay leaner).

I'm so glad I found this question! I'm off clen for now-it made me quite a bitch. I want to wait another week and intensify my weights, then start back up. Is it ok to take one clen in the AM prior to doing cardio, and another around noon-prior to doing weights? I was told to take an aspirin w/ it and Beta 3. If I'm on for a week-what on earth can I take during the off week to keep me from crashing so hard? I'm still contemplating even taking the stuff-I just want to be as informed as possible. The sides from the Clen made me one tired, shaky, angry bitch.

I've taken clen 4 separate times. I usually start out with like 2 in the morning on an empty stomach before cardio and 2 about 6-8 hours later. By the second week I would be taking up to 4 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. This may be too many though, because i have terrible muscle cramps, usally in the mornings as I'm waking and usually in my calves. It's mostly when i start to stretch. Have any of you experienced this? It's painful as hell. I mean i cant move until the pain goes away. Could it be due to just too many of them or what? Besides, i think your body gets used to them after a while. They don't seem to be doing much of anything for me anymore.

Masterhunker, you should try taking some kind of Ephedrine + caffiene combo on your 'off' weeks to keep from crashing.(aka ECA stack). Many people use this ECA without the clen with good results. Clen does not agree with everyone, and as much as 10% of the population may have a genetic mutation which makes the Clen side effects worse. If you haven't tried ECA yet, that might be a better drug to start with.

Missgalaxy is correct. Clenbuterol is one of those drugs that the body quickly (2-4 weeks) adapts to. The body seems to remember it's first clen experience, so you never get as much fat-loss with subsequent cycles. There is plenty of anectodal evidence that the best use of clen is in the last 2-3 weeks before a show (or other event) when you need to get those last few stubborn pounds of fat off. If you use it routinely you will may not get as good results per cycle.

As for time of day, it probably doesn't make a big difference when you take it. It has such a long half-life that the dose you take at 6am will still mostly be floating around a 6pm.

I haven't noticed any fat loss from Clen, and if your body has memory of it and it doesn't work as well the longer you cycle it....what is a good fat burner to cycle with ECA?? The ECA works awesome, but when I cycled off I have put a few pounds back on (that sucks), so I need something good to cycle with it.

Any suggestions?

Ok-once again, pardon my total ignorance on this. ECA??? Eph./caff/asp?? Am I right? I'm taking something called Beta 3-which to me is the exact same thing as Xenadrine. I get a little more shaky when taking this-but feel basically the same. Does anyone know anything about Beta 3? Do you have any recommendations for what I should take in my "off" week from Clen? I just can't handle those crash periods-especially w/ kids. Ooooo! I get some kinda cranky.

I also have been checking into Clen. And I thought I would like to try it until I read on the www. clenbuterol.com board that you had to be very careful with this drug, It can enlarge your heart!!!! Has anyone heard of this?? Thanks ;-)

Clen and ECA can both enlarge the heart. Anything that raises blood pressure (as these 2 drugs do)can cause enlarged heart if taken for too long. And if your blood pressure was already high to begin with, it raises the chance of this happening.
