Theres so much to know under/over muscle, textured or smooth, fallout at the bottom, nipple placement, downtime (she wants 4th july weekend cuz 1 less vacation day she has to take) , problems to look out for, tips for faster recovery, etc, etc., im gonna search now for that post lobo was talkin about she makes it sound like i have to cook and bathe her for like a week, is it that bad?? Same here, if she has any questions I'd be happy to answer them...it helped me a lot to talk with people who had it done..especially because I had never had any kind of surgery before or even had stitches...it eased my mind and let me know what to expect. My doctor also had a little seminar that people could go to that were interested in getting any kind of plastic surgery done...he had a little film on it had a few of his previous patients there and you also received a 10% discount for going to the seminar before hand...I hear that a lot of the doctors do this..it also gives you a chance to meet the different doctors and pick one that you would feel comfortable with. Good luck!!! IP: Logged |

I wanted to put my 2 cents in about under or over the muscle implants. A docter who tells a bodybuilding women to go under the muscle is just looking for repeat business. As a woman develops her chest, the muscles will push the implant down to her belly. (Example: Laura Crevale). If he goes over the muscle this is not a problem. A docter should be up front with his patient and tell her she cannot go from an A cup to a D in one procedure unless she has been there before, such as pregnancy, etc. The breast must have been already stretched to that point. The only way to go from an A to a D in one step is under the muscle. A docter will not tell you that, as he doesn't want to lose the business to another physican. The more natural approach for the body builder is definately on top of the muscle. All breasts will droop over time. That's called gravity. IP: Logged |

I have to agree with the above. I have had both, started with them unger then had to get them over because they looked like ice cream cones when I flexed, not attractive. I was a C cup before though. She can e-mail me also, I have had a lot of experience. Went from saline to silicone also. IP: Logged |

Ive had mine for over a year (under the muscle) and have had no problems. I think it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. My confidence went way up. I just happened to get them 1 month before I got pregnant...go figure That really helped to "soften" them up. Ive been extra careful when I do chest not to over do because Ive heard of problems with tissue hardening. But most women dont focus on their chest when training anyway. IP: Logged |

Why did you switch from saline to silicone TK? I know that there is no medical basis for claims that one is safer than the other. IP: Logged |
