DOES ANYONE HAVE THIS HAPPEN? WHEN EVER I CHANGE AROUND MY ROUTINE, FOR ABOUT A WEEK OR TWO, I WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT RAVENOUS!!! MOSTLY CRAVING ANYTHING SUGARY. HAS ANYONE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE? DOES IT MEAN THAT I'M NOT EATING ENOUGH DURING THE DAY? I EAT ABOUT 2000-2200 A DAY(GIVE OR TAKE)TO MAINTAIN 140 AND BECAUSE I'M TRYING TO LOSE LAST 5-10# I'M REALLY WORRIED BECAUSE WHEN I DO GET UP AND PIG OUT LIKE THAT IT COULD VERY LIKELY BE SABATTOGING MY EFFORTS.ANY IDEAS ON WHAT TO DO??? I wake up in the middle of the night ravenous too. I never attributed to changing my routine since I do that alot. But I guess it could be related. For me I think its more hormonal (Estrogen increases). I really have to fight with myself to cut fat. I think insulin might have something to do it with it though. My boyfriend eplained something to me about ketosis one time. Maybe that's it. I guess I'm not much of a help but at least you know it happens to someone else. IP: Logged |

Be thankfull you have an appetite there are people who inject vit b-12 to get them eating! I do not see you eating as a problem,Change in hormonal levels could be the reason, or that time of month may be coming which on most women increases there appetite. Did you up the intensity level in your training? Up your cardio? are you natural? give me more info and i think i could help. " Yet another soldier in irongods army" IP: Logged |

YES I'M NATURAL. WHENEVER I CHANGE AROUND MY ROUTINE,UP THE WEIGHT THIS HAPPENS. I TRY TO STAY ON THE SAME ROUTINE FOR ABOUT 4WKS BEFORE I CHANGE. REMEMBER I'M JUST A NEW GAL TO ALL OF THIS STUFF, 1YR. AS FOR CARDIO I'VE BEEN ONLY DOING THAT 3-4X WEEK FOR 45-60 MIN.USUALLY BIKE OR WALK/SPRINT. I CAN MAINTAIN MY WEIGHT WELL WITH ONLY 3 DAYS CARDIO BUT SINCE I'M TRYING TO LOSE THE LAST 5-10 I'M UPPING IT TO 4 DAYS SOMETIMES. I SURE CAN EAT THOUGH EXCEPT RIGHT AFTER I EXCERCIZE(CARDIO OR WT. TRAIN). MAYBE ITS AHORMONE THING?? TIME OF THE MONTH NO. SOMETIMES I DON'T EVEN GET ONE.I'M NOT ON THE PILL, AND EVER SINCE I LOST ALL MY EXCESS, MY PERIOD HAS BEEN TOTALLY IRREGULAR.TO MY DISMAY IT ACTUALLY HAS BEEN WITHIN THE 28DAY RANGE FOR 2 MONTHS.
