i need some help. i started taking primo and stopped after about five weeks. i didn't stop because i wanted to, but was forced to- i was waiting for more...i am still waiting..and waiting...and waiting. my gains were good while i was on it and it made me have a lot of motivation, but now i am going to the gym because i feel like i have to, not because i want to. this is bad. anyway, i should be getting my stuff soon, probably this week if the guy is not shitting me, so how should i start it again? i am 5'10" weigh 138 (gained 10 lbs from the first shots.) i want to loose bf and gain muscle making me in the best possible shape with little sides. i probably need some help with a good diet too-thinking about low fat, high carbs. how long did it stay in my system? any suggestions? dirtyratt

First lesson: Never start a cycle untill you have ALL you gear in front of you.

Second lesson: Take some time and read all the good threads on the board. It's not all that big and you will get some great info.

Third lesson: Give some solid details of what you are currenly doing. This includes diet, goals, and anythng else you can think of.

It's good to have you posting and we'll get you up to speed in no time

I believe this is browndog1's girlfriend. If so, then we already have a lot of the info from that fun post.

The Primo will be (noticeably) active in your system for up to 3 weeks, though getting a little weaker each day that passes.

Not much you can do until you get some more gear except eat and train as well as you possibly can. Treat this as a break between cycles. Maybe throw in some creatine if you're not already using it. And I hope you meant to type "low-fat, high PROTEIN, not high carbs in your post.

Ah Ha! Ok, that brings me up to speed a bit. The primo can be detected up to five months when tested for it. Active for about half that as MS said.

yes, your right...i am browndog's girlfriend.

i'll go over a few things though first because maybe not everyone has read previous posts.

i am a 21yr old femal, 5'10", weigh about 138 lbs. i am tall and slender, but what i am looking for is muscle gains that i will be able to keep without continuously turning to gear for help.

right now i can see significantly dramatic increases in how much i can lift, my abs are starting to become more visable, tri's look harder, back looks awesome, etc... obviously i never should have began a cycle without all the gear, but i was promised i would have it and the type of person i am i just believed what i was told. oh well, i learned.

so the best suggestion would be work hard, eat right, maybe throw in some creatine until the mail arrives? then is it safe to start right back up again?

thanks, dirtyratt

I wouldn't have a problem with a nice six week on six week off cycle. Heck, even four weeks off would be ok in my book for women using small dosages.

just thinking about clen...do you think i should get back on it while i am waiting and start off with that and then the primo or should it stay with the way i had planned-primo only. i have the clen now if sounds like a good idea. i just hate the way it makes me feel although it does work.

going to the gym now, but let me know what you guys think about it.
