For any newbies, you can refer to the post on Contest!Build a cycle post from last month for more history. Here is my progress so far. Go HungryGirl!! Great progress in only 4 weeks. Everything is looking in place for an awesome physique. Sweating on Adipokinetix is perfect. You know it's thermogenic properties are kicking in. I think it's a good idea to nix the birth control. You may get under 10%bf, but the distribution of fat-loss will not be as, ummmm, aesthetic as it would be without it (less fat-loss on lower body, more fluid retention). I've also recently read that below 10-12% bf in women that the pill becomes more unreliable, and A/S may exacerbate this too. At your current rate of fat-loss you should go under 10% in 4-6 weeks . Well I've had a rough past few days with my computer completely crashing on me. I was up till 5 am last night reformatting it. I've lost tons of files and will be working on getting my web-cam working again so I could post a pic. I have also installed a new scanner which I am not good at using. I am not sure exactly where I would post this pic as I would only want a select few viewing it - those of you who have helped me out! :-) I think I can figure out how to email it, so if you're interested in seeing it just drop me an email. Changes happening daily! 145 bpm is my average over the last 4 weeks of cardio. I am doing some light intervals now and trying to go for 30-45 mins. My BF is dropping so fast I don't want to overdo it. A steady rate of loss is what I am looking for and I'll go for some sprints next month if needed. WonderWoman - is it better to take my dosages of Anavar split between cardio and weight training or should I take em all at once like you? I am still on 5mg. Thanks to my "cyber-friends" for your support. Even though I am dating a top trainer and soon-to-be pro BB(next year), it is very helpful to have outside assistance. I would say always split dosages whenever possible. The main reason being that you can have/maintain more even levels of 'suppliment' in the blood. Unless you need to have a 'spike' for performance reasons. Just my .02. I do know that it can sometimes be inconvienent to do split dosages, the price you have to pay for greatness I guess. Also, I experimented one day taking my 'candy' 1 hour pre-workout, and another day eating it much earlier in the day. I don't know that I noticed any difference at all. All I noticed was how easily the iron was tossed about the gym like so many pieces of shreded tissue. LOL. P.S. Pet peeve of the week, two 'softboys' as I like to call them,(know 3 billion chest exercises,most involve cables, have tons of advice for the little ladies, and wear sweatpants and string tanks year round helps cover up the beer guts and toothpicks) one says to the other,"Man, my bench is way down since I've been on this diet! I'm so weak." Now is it me or aren't you supposed to eat clean and do cardio and other exercises when leaning out? Oh wait a minute I forgot about the new and improved chest man regime. In only minutes a day you can have a huge and ripped physique by doing cable crossovers and eating Big Macs. Give me a break already. I guess it would be different if they had changed at all in the past year. Oh well, at least they're consistant. I'll tell you what , the next time one of them offers the 'little lady' a friendly 'pointer' I'm going off. Whats a self respecting Amazon to do?? Laugh out loud, or walk away gracefully?
