Welcome deedee. I've just 'bumped' a couple of older posts to the top of this page for you to read. Saves you having to dredge through the whole board. But I recommend when you have time you should go through most of this past posts on this board anyway. You'll learn a lot, and it's only 3 pages long. Really, Thanks, for asking that question. I was looking for info regarding the same thing.I'm thinking great gains won't come by adding estrogen to the mix. I'm not really sure. I think once you get down to less than 10% bodyfat or so birth control won't be a problem anyway. In college, I played field hockey and had very very low bodyfat. I didn't have to worry about birth control for about 6 months. I'm going to see what I find out and will get back to you soon. IP: Logged |
