When taking clen what is the best cycle to take to lose the most body fat? I am doing
1 and 3 week on and 2 and 4 week on xenadrine. Is this better than two weeks on and two weeks off? I am currently taking two a day, and today moving up to four. please
reply as to which you think would give me the fastest results.

Clen. should be taken 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Go up to 6-8 pills a day if you can take it. Generally, you are supposed to take as much as you can take until you get the jitters too much or headaches or something that is untolerable and then back off a pill or two. Start with three a day and increase one pill a day until you hit 6 a day. Space them out and do 2 weeks of clen, 2 weeks Xenadrine, 2 weeks clen, 2 weeks Xenadrine, 2 weeks clen, etc...

thanks for your advice, i will try it out. i one more question for you. i am not wanting to be a bodybuilder, i would just like to lean up. my diet is low in carbs and high in protein with a moderate fat intake, will i still be able to lean up?

an example of a typical day is as follows:
breakfast: 1 pc w.w. toast and serving of turkey or chicken and two egg whites.
lunch: grilled chicken on top of romaine lettuce with balsamic dressing, parmesan, and a few croutons
dinner: same as lunch or grilled fish or chicken, turkey or soy with veges.
snacks during the day might be a balance bar, sugar free cookies(a few), no sugar added yogurt(>4g fat)or sugar free jello.

i love to eat, not bad food, but good food. i really do not think that what i eats is bad and i enjoy it. am i waisting my time and money if i continue to take the clen?
i desperately need to know. thanks again for your help.
i am 5'61/2" and 145# with a body fat less than 17%
again, i just want to stay my size, but be cut and define. I also have a tendency to increase in size if i lift to heavy, i have very broad shoulders, but there nice and muscular legs. i would like to not increase in size. help, i am so confused!!

Do you know how many calories you're eating on this diet? Are you doing any cardio? The best way I know to get leaner without gaining any size is to put yourself on a calorie restricted diet with lots of cardio and heavy lifting. If your diet and cardio are strict enough, you will not gain size with the heavy weights, the weights will merely help you to hold on to what muscle you already have while losing fat. In this situation, the clen is a good addition. But you really need a structured diet plan so you know for sure you're not getting too many calories.

The other thing I would recommend is to increase the protein content of your snacks. At your size/%bf you should get 30-40 grams of protein every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism high and hunger at bay. For instance, try replacing the cookies or yogurt with more vegies and lean protein. Hope that helps answer your questions.

my cardio is as follows:
run 4 miles 3x's a week(40-42min)
spinning class 2x's/week(45-50min)
cardiokickboxing 1x/week(50min)
precor elliptical 2-3x's/week(30min)

i work upper body 2x's/week 3-4 sets pushing to fatigue, 2 exercises for each muscle group.
lower body 3x's/week same sets with higher reps than upper body with squats, lunges, extensions, ham. curls.

i keep my reps for upper body btw 10-20, this way i get all the sets in and without getting board. i always push to fatigue and either move the weight up if i achieve 20 or more reps or move the reps up. i keep rest periods short 30-45secs. i also sometimes pyramid train.

i would guess i take in around 1200cal a day, give or take a few depending on the day.

what do you think?

I wouldn't like to see you eat less than 1600 kcal a day! Don't panic, I'm not trying to sabotage your diet. But at 1200 cal per day at your height/weight/activity level you're almost certainly hurting your fat-loss efforts by eating too little. Your metabolism gets sluggish and resists burning fat. Try getting around 300-350 cals 5 times per day, making sure to get 30-40 grams protein in each meal. The rest of the calories should come from vegies, complex carbohydrates and 'good' fats such as flaxseed/EPO/fish oils.

I know you're resistant to the idea of increasing weights/decreasing reps, but think of weight training this way: You're already doing PLENTY of cardio with your running/spinning/kickboxing, etc.... and the way you're weight training at the moment is a lot like just doing more cardio. The whole program is likely to be as much catabolic to your muscles as it is fat-burning. Increase your weights! Use your muscles or you will lose them on so much cardio and so few calories. This is one of the most tried and trusted methods of burning fat while keeping your hard-earned muscles. You will not get bulkier until you decrease your cardio and/or eat twice what you're eating now. You'll just get leaner.

I'm with MS on the calorie intake and flax seed supplement. Given your routine, I suspect that your metabolism is shutting down. Try adding ~1T of flax seed oil to those salads twice a day and see what it does to your stats. ...and you know that if you lose fat and want to 'stay the same size' then youre gonna have to pack some muscle.

I'm with MS and Jayelynn on this one. Too few calories and the metabolism comes to a screeching halt. Plenty of veggies and clean complex carbs(before noon only for me)and you should do well. Also the heavy weight/low rep route will help maintain what muscle you have and we all know that the more muscle you have the more food you need. In other words you get to eat more!! Good job so far. You're well on your way to the physique you've always wanted. Ain't this fun ya'll!!

yup, FUN. What most women don't realize is that the fullness and definition that comes with pushing weights makes that strapless or low cut back soooooo much sexier! I've been bustin buttons for the last three years and I'm not huge. (....but I'm gonna correct that) Trust me girl I bulk up well too, but only to a point. At 5'4" and 140# I'm still very femme in appearance.
