Yum. Saccharin. Personally I prefer cyclomates. I use them both in such small quantities that I'm not worried about it. But some people-geesh. They have an out of control sweet tooth and eat too much artificial sweeteners. In those large quantities I wouldn't advise anyone to eat any artificial sweeteners. And I include Stevia in this class. Moderation in all things? I know that's not a bodybuilding concept! And yes WarLobo, I occassionally eat white death too. I especially like jelly beans when I'm just about to go on stage. Blue ones. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Funny I was just wondering that myself today as I went through a drive through to order a large iced-tea with lemon and a whole packet of saccarhin. Mmm mmmm! It was soooo good! I don't feel my insides rotting yet, but then I could be developing brain cancer. IP: Logged |

I don't really like the taste of artificial sweetners...for me it triggers sweet tooth anyway. Yes - the precious FDA also allows dyes, preservatives and soaps in our foods...so I have little faith in what they say is "safe" IP: Logged |
