i am wondering if anyone knows why in the world my bones keep popping durring my workouts? i stretch before lifting and this has never happened before. could it be something to do with the fact that i am on a primo cycle right now??? ------------------ IP: Logged |

Depending on where your bones are popping from, this could be the first signs if tendinitis. The bursa, that contains the fluids in the joint area, starts to swell. This will press on tendons, irritating them, and then all this starts those popping noises. IP: Logged |

Could be the Primo. Some people will experience more 'hydration' of the joints on Primo. This is usually a good thing as long as it doesn't cause you pain. If it hurts go see your doctor please. ------------------ IP: Logged |
