I would just like to tell you ladies that I'm pleased at the way this part of the board is being run, you ladies take time to answer each others questions and the time I've read this posts I haven't seen flames or cuss words yet, women are certainly more sociable than men. our high tests leves makes us men more agressive and conpetitive thus flame wars are always going on in the other man-dominated boards, Ladies please keep up the good work. MRS.GUNS & WARLOBO great job guys. I would also like to invite all you ladies to the Chay & Conversation board, your input would be well appreciated, maybe you can help us misguided men, learn how to get along with the women in our lives. thankyou ladies. I've spent a little time contributing over at the Chat and Discussion Board. Some interesting topics and some misguided souls!  I am in agreement that we have some of the finest ladies on this board. I want to say Thank You too, to the ladies on this board!!! I have visited other bodybuilding forums and some of the women there was not quite as informative and patience as the ladies we have here!!!
