How long would an anavar/clen cycle be?...My first time. I was thinking 6 wks. - does this sound right? IP: Logged |

Can we assume this is a cutting cycle? If it is then the length of the cycle depends on your goal weight/%bf. 6 weeks of clen is too much. Think about cycling the clen 2 weeks on and two weeks off (maybe substitute ECA type supplement during off weeks). 6 weeks sounds a bit short to me, unless you're really close to your goal. As WarLobo pointed out in another recent post, there is no reason (other than cost and side effects) to "cycle" AAS for women. I think this might be a topic for another post, but suffice it to say that 1) Women do not have the same HPTA feedback problems that men have with exogennous AAS (so you gonads don't atrophy or shut down permanently) 2) Women have the same number of AAS receptors as men, but are no where close to saturating them with the low doses typically used. This leads me to a side topic which involves ways to minimise side effects for women wanting to use AAS. But I'll save that for later. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Yes MS this is a cutting cycle and I was planning on doing the clen two weeks on 2 weeks off during the 6 wks. - I haven't decided on the E/C/A yet because hydroxycut didn't do anything for me (any suggestions on a substitution for my off weeks would be appreciated). Anyway I just want to cut up without losing muscle. I'm 5'9" at 157lbs., I guess I could stand to lose about 10 lbs. Thank you MS for your input...does anyone else think 6 weeks is too short? Yup, your best bet be is to be ready to go for eight. And if your up for it, even 10 to help stablize your body at the new weight. Might even see some minor muscle growth once you've hit your target weight. Remember to check your body fat!! The two week clen, two week e/c/a keeps your body from adapting to the chemicals. Gotta agree here. Unless you only have a couple lbs, 8 weeks should do the trick. Don't forget the importance of water and plenty of leafy greens. If for no other reason than to keep you chewing, and provide a bit of 'filler' for your stomach. I'm about to try the adipokinetix fat burner by Syntrax. I'm gonna add a bit of extra Yohimbe just to see what happens. I'll keep you posted. Good luck. WW IP: Logged |
