My girlfriend will be starting a cycle of Primo this week. On previous messages I have read that birth control may not be effective while on steroids. Forgive my stupidity but I am new to the female side of steroid use, can anyone please explain why the birth control becomes ineffective during a cycle? Also, after she stops when will the birth control be effective again? She will be starting with 50mg and then increase to 100mg if everything is going well after the first two weeks. ( In case you didn't figure it out this will be her first cycle ) One last question, What kind of gains could she expect from a 8 week cycle of primo?
Thanks for the Help

You've asked a thorny question Quadking. On paper, there is no reason why the Primo should interfere with the birth control. Quite the opposite since many women experience temporary infertility while on AAS. BUT (and this is a big but) there has been no research done directly on this subject and I would advise caution. All women respond differently to AAS and it will 'throw out' her cycle. I think what you may have been reading is not so much reduced effectiveness from birth control as much as reduced gains/results when you combine the two.

As far as expected gains, no idea. Anywhere from 0-10 lbs depending on how she responds/eats/trains.
