Hi everyone!! I am new to this sight, to the whole supplement/drug thing. I am a girl who has struggled with weight and physical fitness my whole life. The past six months I have been getting into better shape and working really hard at it. I am now training for a triathalon, but just got stress fractures in both ankles. I am now VERY worried about my fitness and weight. I am interested in cytomel, anavar, and clenbuterol. I would really appreciate some kind of input as to what people have experiences with all of these- good and bad. thanks so much!!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Welcome (again) I see you mentioned you have stress fractors, what is the status for continuing to train? Can you do cardio on a treadmill? Or is this a few week lay off of all and any exercise.... If you could post up some stats on your weight, body fat, etc. this would help us help you. Take a few moments and read the board posts - lots of very good info. Late Lobo IP: Logged |

I am 5'6" and weigh 139 lbs. i have no idea my body fat-- i am TOO nervous-- i keep telling myself I will find it out once I am a little happier with my body appearance. My stress fractures have cut out running for 4-6 weeks (hopefully only 2 more weeks from today) but i have been swimming, spinning, biking, and lifting. I appreciate any info. you could help with. Thanks!! IP: Logged |

Your body fat is one if not the most importaint measurements - you need to get it and get it now before you start on any "supplement" program. Taking anything that helps you lower weight will remove muscle as well as fats. This is not what you want. When is your event? How much time do we have? This process may take longer than you had planned. Finding you suppies is no easy task.... Once you finaly figure out what you want. It aint like going to Walmat and ordering up. Took me nearly six months before I made my first purchase. Late Lobo IP: Logged |

i am going to see a trainer right now, and will ask to set up a time for measuring my body fat. I am doing a small (sprint) triathalon in august, but I am not worried about getting any type of supplement before that one. I am planning on doing 1/2 an Ironman in a year. That is how much time I have. Do you think that is enough?? I will be doing the whole triathalon-- not a team one-- swimming, biking and running. Thank you so much. IP: Logged |
