I'll tell you what worked for me starting from nothing, but each one is different. I supersetted every day in the gym. I worked Chest/Back one day, then biceps/Triceps the next. Then Quads and hamstrings, then shoulders and calves on day four. Rest on day five and start all over again. Do one exercise right after the other. For instance: chest, back, chest, back, chest, back....with no rest period. Do 3-4 exercises per body part for 3-4 sets. Do cardio (at least 30minutes) first thing in the moring or right after weights. She will be able to see a difference in a month or so. Change up the type of exercises she does every few weeks or so. Any other suggestions??? Mrs. Guns IP: Logged |

Okay, this is so coincidental, but Texas Guns, I've done almost the EXACT SAME THING you just said.....wow! Only one thing to add: DIET.......very important. I think what you eat is even more important than the training when cutting....do you agree? This is my experience. ------------------ IP: Logged |

AGREE! AGREE! AGREE! Yes I think diet is probably 90% of the package. It is also the toughest to stay focused and on track!!!! There are a lot of good experts here who have competed so do lots of reading and asking around. IP: Logged |

Unfourtuantly for us poor folk , diet is the single most important thing we can control (well sort of try anyway). The sad thing is, if you got the bucks, GH goes a long way in overcoming many bad diet habits. Just thought I would be depressing for a moment.... Late Lobo IP: Logged |
