hi i am from nj...no i dont bb, i do fitness modeling- i have been in oxygen, pump, and my pics have been sold to m&f, & ironman, but havent been published yet....i am 5-5 140 lbs,,,actually i was going to do my measurements on sunday, so i'll will let you know... IP: Logged |

I would like to know what issues you have been in. A picture of you would be nice. From what it sounds like, you may have the physic that tootsie wants, if that is the case then she would be really interested in your workout routine and cycles you use. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Fitness Chicks Nutrition Program Meal #1�8:00 am�breakfast Either� 5 scrambled egg whites with 1 yolk and a bowl of oatmeal, with water,oj, or coffee �or� 4 Eggwhites & High protein pancakes�take light pancake mix and substitute half of recommended amount of mix with protien shake or whey protein, and topped with a little bit of strawberry preserves. Meal #2�11:00 am�Pre-Workout
Meal #3�2:00 pm�Post-Workout Meal #4�5:00�Dinner Meal # 5�8:00� Either�

Thanks for sharing your diet info. Most of us are needing help with cutting while others want to bulk up. BTW, went out and bought my first issue of Oxygen. It really psyched me up!!!!!!!! Tootsie-you had asked about pics of Monica. She's usually somewhere in just about every issue of Oxygen, Flex, Muscle & Fitness (just to name a few). BTW, in the May 2000 M&F issue, there's a huge article about her. Monica's absolutely my favorite. I've talked to her several times at various events. I agree, Monica is one of the most grounded fitness competitors I've had privilege to meet. I'm kind of glad she is moving on. Seen to many ladies get chewed up and try to be something their not. okay, i finally did my measurements...and i went back for the last year & a half to compare my growth... November 4, 1998
now in august of 99 I did my first cycle....4 weeks of winny....here are my measurements in November of 1999
forearm-9.75 this year, after an 8 week cycle of winny inj...at 141 lbs, about 12.50 % bf

I have a question, may be dumb but here it goes: Did you want to get that much bigger? What size clothes do you wear? yes- i did - & i expected it taking as- i am thrilled with my gains- i worked long & hard, and the as gave me the push to the next level- as far as my size- i still wear a size 5 jeans- occasionally i wear a 7 cause sometimes the legs are too tight- i have very muscular legs....tops i wear smalls or mediums- i am still very womanly----as i said before, think a monica brant'esq figure....
