I'm a 34 year old women who is looking to drop about 10-15 lbs. I'm 5'5 and weigh 130 #'s. I do cardio 5-6 days a week and lift twice a week. I am wavering between doing clen or getting lipo. I would like to know the pros and cons of clen or if clen is only good for the hard core. I was on phentermine for the last 8 years and have been off it for 5 months now, which I think really screwed up my metobolism. Any comments, advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I just want to do the best thing. IP: Logged |

Permanent fat cell reduction can only be achieved by lipo. There is no chemical method that does this. They only shrink the size of the fat cell. Late Lobo IP: Logged |

10-15 pounds at 130 and 5'5" sounds like a lot to me, but to each her own. I just thought I could share some experience with you from the lipo standpoint. "My name is Jane Doe and I'm genetically predisposed to very big butt" Seriously though, I had my saddle bags removed about 1.5 years ago. I have absolutely no regrets and think that it was one of the nicest things I ever did for myself. What I would do differently today revolves around the surgeon. The guy I picked to do mine was an average joe kinda guy: good doctor and all, but when it comes to cosmetic surgery, you're destined to become a product of his/her perceptions of 'good'. In my case I wish my dr. had been more involved in the bodybuilding industry. AT the completion of it all, for the first time in my life, my shoulders were actually wider than my hips! and that was a damned good start. Other realities crop up here as well. The one for me revolves around elastins in the skin, ...or lack thereof. My doctor insists that I still have little bags because of loose skin and suggested that the surgery to correct that was the only fix and substantially more dramatic. I think that it's still an issue of fat. I personally have opted out of surgical alternatives at this point and you can review my post on Yohimbe to see where my current efforts are directed with respect to weight loss and attacking problem spots. ------------------ IP: Logged |
