quarkey - where do you train in Lansing - I used to live there about 5 yrs ago and trained at Powerhouse. It was really a good gym....I sure miss it..... IP: Logged |

I live far away now - in New Mexico - but I sure met a lot of nice people and had good workouts at the East Lansing Powerhouse. I was friends with a woman that was a national competitor at the time and she really was encouraging and helpful....good luck finding a partner.. IP: Logged |

That's cool. I worked out there once, but it's called something else now. Are you still working hard? Right now I'm all natural. I worked out and gained 15lbs of muscle in the last couple months. I'm always sore though..haha. I need to take some time to rest. ------------------ IP: Logged |
