As a general rule, any time you increase cardio, use a thermogenic (or other chemical), and reduce calories to loose fat, you ALWAYS run the risk of shedding the hard earned muscle. The body will always try to remove the heavily dependant and calorie expensive muscle tissue before giving up the fat. When you look at it from a biological perspective this make perfect sense. The body is getting less so it tries to conserve more. Therein lies the crux of the problem - how to over come a million years of biological evolution and have twentieth century "photo" quality fitness body. We all wish it were a bit more easy, but it ain't. Continue to read and ask questions. Late Lobo IP: Logged |
