My girlfriend would like to lose about 30lbs of fat and retain her muscle mass, even build some while cutting.

I was thinking a cycle of winstrol, eq and anavar plus t3 and clen. I have heard of primobolan being used as well, but don't know.

This is what I have heard in the past.

1/2cc winstrol eod
1/2-1cc eq (25mg-50mg)eod
anavar I am not sure about nor the primobolan.

Plus cycling up on t3 from one tab a day to 3 tabs a day and then back down. Clen everyday at tolorance level.

It would be a ten week cycle.

Some thoughts on the cutting cycle. Not a big fan of winny, just never know how it will effect individual ladies. Besides, anavar is soo much better for what your wanting to do. If your going to use the T3, make sure she is on some sort of roid as it will strip the muscle as well as the fat. Anavar is good at preserving the muscle while trying to cut up a bit. Just make sure she is getting plenty of protein. Another option would be to cycle the clen and E/C/A every two weeks while on the anavar.

Once she has dropped a few pounds, then maybe the next cycle she could work on building up lean muscle using the primo, anavar, and maybe a small dose of deca (or eq if you wish)

You should at least plan on using 10mg per day of the anavar to make sure that muscle stays - and even grows a bit. Get a good BF measurement to begin with and monitor it during the cycle. You may need to up the anavar depending on the BF measurements.

Keep the workouts intence, use big compound movements and super set - not much rest between and never sit. Cardio in the morning , yada, yada, yada.... As you already know this stuff.

Ten weeks is good too.
