That may have sounded a bit brutal, but if you were in sports, when was the last time a good coach told ya want ya wanted to hear? You need to develop you ligaments, tendons, and joints before you go using. And lets not mention that you need to learn how to lift. And I don't mean on the machines. Find out how to do free weight squats, bench and dead lifts. Pay a trainer if you have to. Read the boards, not just this one but others as well. Find out what the "female" roids are and how each seems to effect other ladies. I will guarantee you 95% of us didn't know shit about roids until we started digging and scanning the net on our own to get the basic info. Then you will be able to ask questions with some forethought. Taking the gear is easy and very simple. Not hard at all to swallow a few pills or inject a few CC's. It is EVERYTHING ELSE that is the challenging part. Diet, training, Diet, rest, Diet, cardio, and last but not least, DIET. We us that word not as a term to define the restriction of calories, but rather to define the entire days intake of food. The quality and the ratio of carbs, protein, and fats. So I guess what I'm saying is that we will help you and give you guidance, but do not expect anything but a sharp knife - it cuts the cleanest. Most all of us have put in years and still suck as it. To build muscle is the single most demanding thing the body does. It hates to expend the necessary energy to build it, let alone the energy to sustain it. Every bit of genetic coding is against putting on muscle mass. This is why it can take years to see just a small 10-12lbs of LEAN new muscle. Some of the best in the world have only been able to increase lean muscle mass at a rate of @15lbs per year. (naturally that is And they got all the big bucks and support system to do it! And that rate will only DECREASE as additional mass is added. It's a negative slope.... Yes it sucks. But there is little we can do about it. So take some time and get your mind ready for the long haul. Late Lobo IP: Logged |

I highly agree with the other posts. I beg you to first work out naturally for over a year before you start thinking about steroids! You will be so happy with your results, don't forget - you will hit plateaus but change up your workout, try new things, different exercise plans, test out some supplements, eat a healthy diet... After all this then if you want start looking into different 'roids' - but for now just enjoy your natural gains!! (And definitely read these boards, you'll learn so much!) IP: Logged |

I do agree with the other post, and here's why: I friend of mine is taking stanazolic (winstrol), and she has had some side-effects from the drug. They were hairloss, thinning of the blood, and no period. If your looking to cut up,work on your diet. That is the most important aspect in training, besides the obvious. If your looking for growth, I would suggest a pro-hormone supplement. You mentioned clenbeuteral...Try a thermogeneic like zenadrene.
