I would like to know what products are go to help gain weight. Right now I'm 24 years old and weigh 119 pounds. I am 5feet 5inches. Correct me if I'm wrong but the average weight for a person who is 5'5 should be at least 125lbs. Also my boyfriend is trying to loose weight and seen this commercial for DIET FUEL with Ron Coleman in it. Is that stuff good because that guy looks huge and my boyfriend wants to look like that. Please tell me what do you thing. (test edit) Help [This message has been edited by WarLobo (edited April 25, 2000).] IP: Logged |

mystyk, 119 pounds is an ideal weight for a 5'5" active women. Don't be conserned with average weight. The people who figure out this number forget to include factors such as lean body mass. If I used average weight to determine my condition, I would be 58 lbs overweight with only 7% bodyfat. For your boyfriend, Twinlabs Diet fuel is an herbal based thermogenic. It is not a bad product but I will assure you that Ronnie Coleman did not use this product to reach the condition he is in today. His physique was built on hard training, great diet, and lots and lots of drugs. IP: Logged |

Good words Dino, And I weigh 235 at 5'9" - this would make me a total fat slob... which, of course I am To gain weight is simple, eat more meat. Eat five to six meals a day. For your BF, if he want's to LOOSE weight, try the good 'ol e/c/a stack. Cheaper and will work better. If he wants to look like the guy on the lable, tell him to start out on a 50 dbol per day, 1000mg of sust per week, 800mg of deca per week, toss in some GH , IGF-1, insulin and clomid EOD. Do this for a solid 16 weeks. Take three weeks off and repeat. Do this for three years or so (increasing the doseages by 20% every cycle) And then it will be time to start jucing for REAL.
