Hi- I am 5'10", currently got my bodyfat down to 15% from 33% in 8 months. I changed my whole diet, recently cutting ALL CARBS. I also take Clenbuterol with Thyrolene and it just isnt helping in tightening and cutting up. I do 45-1hr cardio 4X week and weight training about 5 times week. I cant seem to get tighter and get a leaner appearance. I would consider using roids, but dont want the side affects. ANy suggestions? Thanks in advance! -posted by susana217 IP: Logged |

You MAY be over cardio training. Your BF is indeed low, but you may wish to start thinking about building some FIRM muscle. Muscle is like money in the bank, the more you have, the more food it requires and the easier it is to stay on the lean and HARD side. Lift heavy weights for lower reps and ease down on the cardio. Keep the protein intake high and make sure your getting them good fats. And you will need carbs too. You have done a GREAT job, and I know it was a bitch to do! But now you need to re-examine where you are and how to get there. Maybe a quality muscle building phase is in order. Late Lobo IP: Logged |

Congratulations on your success. One thing to note here, depending on how long you have been at 33% would determine how long it takes for your skin to shrink back to your new bf%. One thing you may want to try is to apply some thiomucase to those problem areas. It will help to shrink the cells in those areas that it is applied. Since it is not a steroid, you do not have to worry about any side effects. IP: Logged |

The only thing i can tell you is that: cutting all your carbs is a very bad idea, if you do it more than 3 days in a row. You need to do carb loading to speed up your metaboloism. if Clen is not working is because you have to use it two days in, one day out, because it can retent your androgenic effects. If you combine it with Cynomel, you must take 2.5 mg (Half dose after afternoon meal, and the other half before bed time).Empty stomach is the best way of doing cardio. No more than 45 minutes. I think that you are catabolizing too much (loosing muscle). IP: Logged |

Hey, If you're an Italian like me, you know that it is entirely impossible to not eat carbs. I try to limit them, but everything in moderation isn't bad. Trust me..I probably eat the worst out of everyone here and i get compliments on my body alot. I think that carbs do speed up your metabolim. Try to put a little bit of them back into your diet, but remember...no snacking b/t meals. IP: Logged |

Here is what I am doing for my cutting cycle. If you don't want to use roids then cut that portion out. winstrol I take tolorance level clen first thing every morning, Carbs are limited to 30-50gms a day before noon and are low gycemic. No carbs for 3 days or more is not bad for you. You just have to teach your body to utilize fat for energy and that happens by limiting the carb intake during the day. It takes about a week to get used to it, but then stand back. I do cardio everyday for 45 minutes after weight training. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Are you doing your clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off? Also, I agree that you might be over training. Sometimes less is better. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I have been successful at the diet you're working on. The biggest thing to watch is the carbs. You capitalized the ALL so I am assuming you are on just meat. It's easy to do the diet if you stick with just meat. Rotate your protein by eating different meats each day. Fish, beef, chicken, pork, seafood, but do the least of the pork. You're using the fats for an insulin response because the carbs are gone. I ate a multi-vit and a calcium at every meal because the protein will start to leech calcium from your bones and nails, not good. Eat a day of clean low-fat carbs after you go three days on the no-carb diet. I had the best luck doing just the 24 grams of carbs in a single packet of Met-Rx mixed with a no carb sport drink. Those carbs should be taken in right after your workout. Be at home because it will put you to sleep when your body snaps them up. It's easy to do and it works great with the ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin stack. Hope I didn't waste your time with all this babble. No doctor or nurse will agree with this, I'm just relaying what I did and it worked for me. IP: Logged |
