I need help!! I'm 50 and have a 'pooch' that I can't seem to get rid of. I'm doing crunches but it doesn't seem to be helping. Can anyone give me some advice on what I can do to flatten my stomach???? Thanks, ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You can't spot reduce your tummy if thats what you are trying to do. You have to have the whole package - good diet, training the entire body etc etc. So what does your diet and training regime look like? Crunches alone won't do a thing. Like sky said you'll have to train the whole package and really concentrate on your diet. There is tons of information regarding diets here. Use the search function and plug away. If you type in killer threads you'll find one in there pertaining to ab exercises. I like rope crunches, hanging leg raises, and broomstick twists. Adding weight to your crunches will build them up so they'll poke through the skin but you gotta reduce the fat in the area to see em. Hope that helps. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Ript, I LOVE broomstick twists! However, to lose the pouch, cardio is in order. I do 45 mins when trying to rip up. I'll be dieting in the beginning of March,(i have Spring Break in April)...Then I will post my shredded pics ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
