hello everyone.I need some help on getting lean,really lean.I am busting my ass in the gym med weight 3-4 sets high reps and doing cardio 30 min am 30 min pm.My diet is clean and I drink 140 to 160oz of water.I just finished a clen cycle and got good results.But my legs will not tone up enough.I am working with a trainer(he is great).I want this to go alot faster than it is.I would really appreciate any ideas.I am 4'11 117 lbs and 15bf thanks tinym

When you say you got good results from Clen what kind of results are we talking about. What was your body fat reduction? or DId you lose weight? I 2nd Juicy's request, What are you eating?

In stead of doing two 30 min sessions do 1 60 min session in the AM. on an empty stomach. I think you need more muscle mass in order for you to get your legs harder. Heavy weights, mod reps 8-10 range. This will also help burn more fat. The more lean muscle mass the more fat you burn.

I totally agree with Trinity. I carry most of my bf on my legs too so I know what you are going through. More muscle mass will definately help you in this area.

Im eating 7x a day.1st 1/2cup oatmeal,protein shake.2nd 2oz chicken 2oz potato 1/3cup veggies.3rd turkey,potato and 1/2shake.4th same as 2nd no veggies.5th same as 3rd.6th turkey and 5 carrots.7th protein shake.no carbs after 4pm.As for the results I got on the clen,I lost 2%BF and about 8 inches only lost 4 lbs.Thanks for the replies
