in an issue of Pump magazine there was a program for sprinting

something like 3 day cycle per week

15 sec of sprints 90 sec jog/walk x 8 MON

15 sec of sprints 75 sec jog/walk x 6 WED

20 sec of sprints 75 sec jog/walk x 4 FRI

you add 5 sec to sprints and take away 15 sec on recovery

This is close, but I wonder if anyone has the article and can set me straight.

I am training 2 other ladies and this is a great fat loss as well as cardio conditioning work out. It also helped me in training one for a 2 mile run in an alotted time.
