I too know a few people certified by John and I am trying to figure out if its worth the bucks to have certification from Parillo verses another company. | ||

i would personally go with john!! i read all the books my friends had to study to get certified, and they are great! i implement alot of his training techniques in my training, and have had great results from them! his classes are alot more insightful than the crap i studied to get my certification. go with john, especially if money is no option! try his infamous belt squat out if you get the opportunity to train at his gym!  ------------------ |
