While strengthening the chest muscles can help with some "lift", generally the shape and size of your breasts (being fatty tissue) will not change much...except to shrink as you loose body fat. ------------------ | ||

hi sky! check ya later at the doghouse! just wondering what everyones fav's are for toning or supporting the breast area my freind doesn't have anything except dumbells, a treadmill and a spring bar I was just hoping with minimal addition to her equip somebody had some ideas they enjoyed using for this purpose thanks guys | ||

DB bench press (flat and incline), flys (flat and incline)and push ups are all great ways to work the chest at home with dumbells. ------------------ | ||

You're not going to like these answers: Eat lots of food to gain bodyfat and have nice delicious boobies! (and a healthy rear end too) The higher the BF%, the fuller the breasts. Push-up bras with padding can fool any sucker. | ||

You should do what I had my ex do. Take a wad of toilet paper and rub it in between your boobs....Look what it does for most womens asses! Just kidding, on a more serious note, if you don't want to join a gym there a some things that you can do at home. The best thing that you can do would be the different forms of push ups. Do standard push ups combined with push ups where your feet are up on your bed with your arms below you on the floor. And lastly lean against a chair, now with your arms higher than your feet. These three excercises will work the chest muscles just like if you went to a gym and did flat bench, decline bench, and incline bench. Hope this helps. ------------------ |
