Hello all and thank you for responding. My lady is 5'7, 160lbs, 25" legs, 14.5" arms, 15.75" calves, 27" waist. I wish I had a scanner but we are broke! She is not fat by any means! Pretty hard,she is an exotic dancer, last BF check was 2 mos ago, 16.7" in the water, now she is less and harder. I have trained her natural for 1 year, she has done 2 cycles. Her first was 200mg Primobolan Depot per week with 75mg Deca per week, with 10mg anavar a day. 2nd(current) is 250mg EQ a week. She can full squat 225 for 12-15 reps, and bench press 135 for 10. How do these sound? There are no women serious lifters in our area.     | ||

Some good numbers. That's getting up there on the doseages, but if she responing well with little sides, then great. I don't think I go to much higher, for women, it seems they can continue to gain very well without having to keep increasing - unlike us guys. Can I have her calves?  I'm not sure what you're asking either. If she wants to compete in fitness/bodybuilding then it sounds like she's got a good base, but impossible to tell how she'll go without some photos. If she's looking to compete in weight lifting, then her lifts are not great for someone her weight, though they're a lot better than most women that go to gyms. | ||
