My wife is in great shape. She is 5', 116 lbs at 12% BF. She has been training for 6 years. She is very muscular and still very feminine.

She want's to compete in BB but at the moment want's to have the "Fitness babe looks".

She has enormous potential and want's to push her body one step further.

After a lot of research and discussion, I came up with a mild cutting cycle. I need your opinions/advises. T

The Clen is Gel, not tabs.

If she is 12% at 5' 116lbs she should look cut already. You should post a pic of her my "minds eye" with those stats and if she has good symetry she should look great already.

She should do just fine on the primo alone ..no need for the other stuff. Keep her diet clean and cardio up and she should shred up no problem.

First off I'd like to say your post is an excellent example of what we like to see to start things off. You have done some good ground work.

Now lets focus what her goal is. Is it to build additional muscle, or preserve what musle she has and drop some fat?? You can only pick one and we'll go from there.

Primo would be perfect for that, no?

T3 and clen is IMHO overkill.

What does she want to get dowm too? Her BF is good. IF she is looking for a more muscular look, than weight gain is the only way to go.

Ok, now we have a working goal.

My next question is, you stated she wants to do a BBing show. BUT, at the moment she wants a fitness look. When is the show? Sort of importaint to know. Or does she just "think" she wants to do a show bout would rather have a fitness look???

She wants to do a BB show probably next year but, at the present time she wants a fitness "Babe" look. She is in great shape but want's to define a little bit the arms legs, etc. I'm trying to convince her to become a member and to send you a picture...

So I got to think we should keep things "In The KISS"

For this, primo would be fine. She really needs to see how primo works with her - every ladies reaction can be different. Here is little cycle plan to help you out.

Day1 50mg primo
Day5 50mg
Day10 50mg
Day15 50mg
Day20 50mg
Day25 50mg
Day30 50mg
Day35 50mg
Day40 50mg
Day45 50mg
Day50 50mg
Day55 50mg
Day60 50mg
Day65 50mg

See how this works. Make sure her diet is tight with plenty of protien. Some extra cardio here and there. Lift heavy with lower reps.

If you start to see some sides stretch out the dosing interval. If everything is going good, just stick with it and don't worry about adding in more - primo takes time. We can always get to that on the next cycle.
