It doesn't sound like you've done your homework! Clen is used at 60-120 mcgs per day, divided throughout the day. 2 days on, 2 days off / 2 weeks on 3 weeks off. T3 before you work out. Dosage depends on your weight. Do yourself a BIG favor and do some research before you start to mess with T3! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

King, there is no valid reason I know of to cycle clen 2 days on 2 days off. It is still in your system after two days. The two week on, two week off (at which time you use E/C/A) was developed to counter act the body's tendency to become accustom to clen (and E/C/A) for that matter. Although there are some reasons to believe that the body will not adapt to E/C/A, most folks seem to respond much better when doing this. War... I was following the guidelines that George has on his Articles page: Cycles usually last 6-12 weeks. After 2 weeks, the Beta-2 receptors down regulate and impairment of T4 to T3 conversion is impaired. Research shows that using it for two days on then two days off prevents attenuation. Apparently, clen has a half-life in the body of 48 hours making it pretty much irrelevant when you take it. This means that two days on, two days off, conserves the number of pills you use in a cycle rather than for receptor downgrade which occurs around two weeks. The three weeks off between cycles counterbalances the receptor downgrade; the two days on, two days off reduces the side effects since on the third day of two-on two-off the concentration is highest. What do you think?

Again I don't know the exact science behind this. But 2weeks on 2weeks off is for me the far superior way to use clen. When I did the 2 day on 2 day off thing I would get results for 2 or 3 weeks then nothing I jogged my dosage and all, nothing helped. Then FC locked me on to this 2 weeks on 2 off (eca) thing. And I can stretch out my fat loss for like 6 to 8 weeks before my body adapts (actually by then I'm just sick of dieting). So I don't know the fancy science blah,bla,blah behind this but from personal experience and from all I have spoken to . 2 weeks on 2weeks off is the way to go.
