Hi to all, I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I have been reading all the posts on the boards for a while now and thought it was about time. I have been working out off and on for many years now. I am still at the stage of trying to incorporate the diet and workouts into a "lifestyle". I think it is time. Silly -girl is my wife. We have been together for about 10 years and married for 4. She has her masters degree in physical therapy(which I am very proud of her)and has been working out for more then 10 years.(Off and On) We have both just moved to sunny san diego about 2 months ago from New Hampshire. So this is a culture shock for both of us-but we love it out here and have used elite for alot of information. Thank You for being so kind to her and we both look forward to learning and teaching as we all GROW! | ||
