Warlobo,

I was pretty impressed at the progress your wife made...can you please post her weight training regime?

I'm at about the same stage as she was in Feb 1997 and am cycling heavy weights with 8 reps x 3 sets for two weeks and then light weights with 15 reps x 3 sets for two weeks...

I weight train three days a week and do cardio - at least 20 min - four times a week.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

MZ

ooops....

I meant to also introduce myself!!

I've been lurking for a while and have found this site a fantastic resource, if anything here's a bit too much info to digest in one sitting!

I'm a 32-year-old FM from Sydney, Australia, five foot five, 130 pounds with a bit of upholstery to shed!!!!

MZ - It sounds like you've made a good start. You will find everyone likes to train in a slightly different manner than the other...

How long have you been training? What does your diet look like? What intensity level is your cardio? Are you seeing any results from your training so far?

Skydancer,

Thanks for the reply.

I guess we are all different and react to things differently.

I eat four to five times a day, with 122 grams of protein, 52 grams of carbs and 25 grams of fat (per day).

I know, I know....carbs are way down, but I'm interested in shedding fat before concentrating on building some muscle.

I do cardio reasonably intensely (80%).

I did my first cycle recently - 100mg primo a week for seven weeks with clen/T3.

Everything was choofing along fantastically until....eeek....I sprained my back after getting carried away doing dead lifts.

So I'm just getting things sorted out and are preparing for my next cycle, which will be anavar (10mg a day) and winny (5mg a day).

I know the winny might seems awfully low compared to other posts, but I want to start low and see how I react.

I really don't want to put on a lot of muscle - and am preparing, once my back is better, to get into triathalons again.

Oh yeah, I've dumped the T3 as well. I found it made me feel depressed.

Many thanks,

MZ

Something doesn't make sense here and don't take this as a flame because it isn't, but I'm confused. You say you don't want to put on alot of muscle but you are using AAS? Then you injury yourself deadlifting; If you're deadlifting heavy enough to get injured, unless your form is really bad, isn't that counterproductive to not putting on alot of muscle? What's wrong with just dieting, using some ephedrine and caffeine and getting there without clen, T3 or AAS? At some point, you'll be off the AAS and guess what you're body fat is going to do.

In addition, you're cardio intensity is WAY to high for the amount of carbs you are ingesting. At 80%, you're burning very little fat, whatever carbs are left and mostly muscle. Makes no sense. Drop the intensity and increase the duration.

If you are going to train for a triathalon, you need carbs, a hell of a lot more than you're eating now.

She (we) went through many different training patterns depending on our goal at the time. But I will try to point out some basics.

1. We were training for BBing/fitness - not an endurance. (Lobo not ever run - running bad....)

2. Cardio was at least 45 minutes. More often it was 60 min in the morning. The closer to a show the more days we added in to the program.

3. Eating every two to three hours.

4. Gallons of water.

5. ZERO procesed sugar.

6. Short, intence lifting sessions, < one hour. Heavy weights, lower reps for building, with a shift to slightly more reps and a tad lighter the closer to a show - mostly do to strenght loss as we cut cals.

thanks for the replies!

I relation to using AAS "not" to build muscle, I probably wasn't clear about my goals.

I want to increase lean muscle mass, not "build" whopper muscles. More lean muscle mass, the more fat you're burning.

War Lobo's wife, to me, looked great, lean and well defined musculature - quite athletic.

As far as injuring myself, you're right, it was very bad form on deadlifts!

Won't happen again.

As far as carbs, I'm carrying too much weight and want to cut down, hence the low carbs. When I'm at a weight I'm happy with I'll increase carbs and get back into cross training for triathalons.

ECA? Sounds good, but next to impossible to get in Australia - hence T3 Clen.

Anyway, thanks for the input from both of you!

ECA is next to impossible to get? I never would have thought that.

You can easily get Clen and T3, but have difficulty getting an ECA? Well, blow me down!

ECA is next to impossible to get in Australia as you have to buy it overseas and get it mailed in.

ECA comes in bulky bottles - Australian customs are really good adept at intercepting bulky bottles.

So ECA is harder to find that Cocky's Balls.

T3, on the other hand, can be mailed into the country in nice little discreet parcels no larger than an ordinary envelope.

There's a very nice fellow in Brazil who does this for us.

Clen? Easy...horses love it for asthma.

We have lots of horses in Australia.

I have other overseas friends who have the same problem. They even have difficulty getting good protein powders!!

My only comment on your training/diet is it seems to me you are not eating enough to support your training. You have to eat to support muscle growth. I know you are still trying to lose fat but at the amounts you are eating I would think you are depleting muscle too.

You also might take down the intensity level of your cardio and go for longer periods for optimum fat burning, less muscle burning.

Do you have any idea what your bf% is?

Yes, the lack of ephedrine is a real drag.

It's classed a Schedule 1 nasty narcotic, which means Australian law enforcement look upon it the same way they do cocaine, heroin, MDMA etc etc...ie they get crapola if you try and bring it in!

If I could get some ephedrine then I could at least make my own stacks with aspirin and caffiene. Still, as I mentioned, there are lots of GGs here so it ain't all bad.

Skydancer, as far as BF% - I think I'm around the 18% mark, so a bit of work to do!!

Do you think increasing protein a bit, and maybe carbs a little, might help?

What do you think about the anavar and winneroo?
