Do you take less glutimine then men? I'm trying to help out a friend of mine with her supliments. Also, if there is anything else you would suggest as far as supliments for women. She is natural. She takes two MRP's and eats three small meals a day. She does'nt have everything dialed in as far as calories/fat/protien, etc. Not yet anyway. She is making good progress so far and working on getting these things tweaked in. She's not over weight, so thats not a problem. She is in great shape for 44yrs old. She has the body of a 35yo. I know because we used to date. I think she will make excellent progress fast. She's 5'5" 120Lbs. Any help in apreciated. ------------------ [This message has been edited by T Bone (edited January 05, 2001).] | ||

To start your lady friend should be eating more than 3 meals a day. She should eat several small meals throughout the day. Boosts your metabolism as well as she needs to be taking in plenty of protein in order to build muscle. A diet high in protein, moderate carbohydrates, and low in fats. Drink tons of H20! As far as supplements protein powders, bars for snacks and additional protein sources are good. Creatine, glutamine, bcaas and vitamins are good. I personally take about 10-15 grams before and after my workouts. On off days I consume around 10grams. Creatine I take 3 times a day 15 grams. What is her diet like now? What are her goals? |
