hey girls....i was just wonderin what u guys thought about how important it is to take hmb with protien powder....i was told to take it with my protein powder but was just curious to how important it is...thanks

HMB SUCKS!!! There is some evidence that it will benefit in losing fat, but this is small and in between. This supplement is sold mainly for supplement companies to gain money. All Hype!!! of course though, some say it feels like they are on DECA, but this is all a sales pitch. Them damn liars!!! Hope my advice helps you with saving money. Have a nice day  | ||

Please don't waste your money on this product. I used to work at GNC and i bought a couple of bottles with a paycheck once. 3 bottles later and $120.00 later i was no stronger or bigger.... ------------------ Because of my title I was the first to enter here. |
