I am here and going well, I might add. Thank you for asking about me. I did my training the other day on legs. I switched up my routine, and added stiff legged deadlifts. I thought I was going to die while doing the workout, and I thought I was going to die again in the middle of the night getting up and going to the bathroom. I could hardly walk. The next day I did chest and I thought I was going to puke. TEXASAMM helped me on both days. I have been pretty much going to the gym and working on uping my food and calorie intake. Besides that and working on lesson plans, that is about it. I am trying to enjoy my last few days of freedom before it is time to get back to work and fill my students' minds with all of the wonderful information I have to share with them. I am really pleased with the progress I have made. I don't feel as much like I have no idea as to what I am doing anymore. I feel as though I am getting some knowledge under my belt, and that is a great feeling. I hope you all have a great New Year. |
