Regarding what is used at the National level in women BBs. In general terms, from the several competitive women that I have talked to and this is not a recommendation, just what I hear: Off-Season 150-300 mg/wk of Test (Sus, cyp or enan.) , nandrolone, or a mix 10 - 12 weeks prior to a show and they only do one show a year. Total dose 350 - 500 mg/wk. Taper the test and nandrolone (water issues) Replace with Winny, oxandrolone and primo. Some use test suspension or halo 10 days prior to a show to increase hardness. Clen (80 ug/d) 2 wk, then Ripped Fuel 6 caps per day total for 2 wk, then back to clen. 3 day washout between the two. Perhaps some T3 (low doses) but one must be VERY careful combining clen or Ripped Fuel with T3. A few have tried GH to decrease body fat. For some it has helped, for others it was a total waste. These are not massive doses, but with the correct training and diet the results are impressive. F1 |
