Not sure I am allowed over hear, was just jumping around the board a bit and decided to read some posts from the fairer sex. . .great to see so many of you involved in trainging, lifting, fitness. . .also coming over here is a nice reprieve from the overly testosterone induced anger and angst I've been noticing on the men's anabolic board. Tell ya what with the exception of a small few (you included Kodiak) and the Mods the Anabolic discussion forum here on Elite has gone to shit.I think the womens board s is the best Elite has to offer.

War Lobo, Iron God, I appreciate the welcome. . .and I don't disagree entirely with you Iron God. . .there is too much BS on the AS board. There really isn't anything the mods can do. It seems that even on the web, men on AS can't control their respective ego's. My old man explained to me when I was a kid, big dogs don't need to bark very often. . . .Anyway, I am just observing mostly over here, but if I can help or lean I will do so gladly. ------------------ | ||

I have read your posts on the anabolics board Kodiak, & you seem to have a lot of good info to contribute--I have seen the deterioration of that board happen since it began in May-Its a shame-there was a lot of solid info without all the bs that now occupies it--------IronGod, Warlobo, and Monster are an intergral part of the womens board, and they arent women, so you shouldn't feel the need to stay away cause your of the "other"sex....welcome to the best board on Elite!! | ||

Fitness Chick, there is much truth to what you say. . .I agree there is so much BS on the mens board. . .that I have now moved over to the chat room more, some truly hillarious light hearted stuff over there. I think I can offer much to this forum as well. I've been training for 15 years and admitt to using AS here and there but not that knowledgable about their use in womans training. . .so this is a interesting place for me to learn, and perhaps help. . .thanks for the kind word. ------------------ | ||

Welcome Kodiak...always glad to see fresh meat...err..thats not what I meant!  We woman train just like you men so don't worry about it. Any experience shared is helpful. Between Bmom and IG telling us to eat eat eat, Lobo, F1 and JayeLynn telling us to lift lift lift...well you can bet we are one hot group of women. he he he. | ||

I find myself reading this board on a regular basis myself. There is no animosity here; only people trying to help others with their goals...no huge egos either. I enjoy seeing your results because I think it is much harder for a woman to get to an 'ideal state' than it is a man, especially with all the extra demands and stresses women are under in today's society. Oh, almost forget..I also greatly enjoy seeing your pictures here...I'm a guy you know! May all your goals bet met for this year and keep up with the great board! | ||
