Hey, i'm bored, and just curious...

I love to train bi's and tri's on the same day, and what seems to make workouts better for me lately has been alternating a bicep exercise with a tricep. Not talking supersets, just hitting bi's for the allotted # of sets for a particular exercise, then doing the same for a tricep exercise, then back to bi's, back to tri's, etc...

Anyhow, i'm training arms in about 45 minutes, anyone have any quick killer arm workout suggestions? I have strong-as-hell biceps, but tri's have always been my lagging bodypart, although they have come along in the past year. I love training tri's!
Everyone have a great friday!

one small alternative: work your tri's with your chest. Since tri's are an assistor to yor chest exercises, you kinda give 'em a double whammy. Also, regardless of which split you choose, you need to alternate which one we're doing heavy today. For instance if you're doing a bi/tri split, one week do heavy tri's/not-so-heavy bi's. On that week I want you to start with tri's and make 'em scream. You can work you bi's in between with lighter exercises and consider them as 'rest'. The next week it's gonna be heavy bi's and your lighter triceptual exercises are gonna be rest for your bi's. I can't sustain consistent bouncing from one to the other without rest, but I keep my rest periods as short as possible without sacrificing the next set ( and I always increase the weight from set to set). This routine gets kinda hard with the chest/tri split, but what the hell.

I train chest/bis and then shoulders/tri's. But if you like training them together, then go for it, girl.
Your triceps take up 2/3 of your upper arm muscle so they are stronger than your bi's. Throw some serious weight into whatever exercise youre doing for some great results!
I am a dip addict!!
1 x 15
1 x 12
1 x 12 (weighted,25lbs.)
1 x 10.
Cable Push downs:
15 x 50# warmup
15 x 70#
Dropset: 8 X 110#
6 x 70#

Dumbell Kickbaks each arm)
15 x 15#
10 x 20#
8 x 20#

Sometimes I throw in the dip machine with heavy weights.
One time to try and be studly I had a 45# on each side, then had my boyfriend stand on the machine. Totaled about 360#. I only did it for 4, and I felt my muscles SCREEEEAMING at me and I couldnt lift my arms for 2 days, but it was fun as hell.
