FC-- Looking at the workout for Night Fly and got stumped by one on the shoulders and tris day...Rear Delt Rope Pulls? Could you explain this to me? Thanks.

I just put together a new upper body workout from WL's EMG thread and paying big attention to my lagging shoulders....

Here is FC's reply in the other thread K -

"rear delt rope pull--attach the ropes you use for tris to the high cables & sit on the ground, pull the ropes back, contracting your rear delts & traps---the center of the rope should be coming to the level of your forehead--any higher or lower & you are working the wrong muscles"

Makes sense to me...also sounds like a killer exercise
