Hey everyone! Thought about those New Year's resolutions yet? Anyone competing this year? Here's my goals: ------------------ | ||

Improve overall muscle mass, strength, endurance, stamina, and flexibility for my beloved sport of surfing. I am 210 at 15% (natural) By June if I stay natural I can see myself around 200 @ 6-7%. I would probably need some help with my diet so that I don't lose too much muscle mass. I want (no NEED!) to hit or break 300lbs., then I'll attempt to hold 275lbs. naturally! When I am able to hold 275lbs naturally, I wont be using gear anymore*...

meal 1: cup of oatmeal 10 egg whites water
meal 3: meal 3: meal 4: meal 5: meal 6: I need a sort of precontest diet so that i can shred up but maintain a low bf% at 200lbs. Captain- Looks pretty clean, how many weeks are you going to try to cut up in? How long have you been following this diet? What diets have you had success with in the past? ------------------ | ||

I am looking to cut up in March and be at my goal by June 1st. I have been following this "bulking" diet for about 2 months now. I have gained about 5lbs on it. BodyOpus-has worked in the past for me. So has high protein low carb diets. (only to get lean, but i am finding that i am losing too much muscle.) ------------------ | ||

to hit 180, gain 30 pounds of pure muscle, quit dipping, do better in school, get a woman(or few), increase my main lifts(bp,dl,sq) by 40-80#, and be a better overall guy ------------------ | ||

I am currently 305lbs and roughly 20% Going to continue to bulk up through Febuary, then try to lean out as much as possible for summer. Going to try to be 290 at 7-8%. I am 6'4" Then my ultimate goal for 2001...go to wrestling school. ------------------ BIGDOG | ||

Mostly I have strength oriented goals: Reach 100lbs in bench, 200lbs in squats and use 35lb db's for bi's. Currently I'm 85lbs bench, 165lbs squat and 25lbs (just) for bi's. Though I've never tried to just go in and max out...I probably could do those numbers if I wasn't using them in sets but I don't want to hurt myself. I would also truly love to get below 16-17% bf. Maybe 14%. Abs show now and upper body is nicely defined but all my fat is in my ass and thighs...sigh. | ||
