The problem of losing your singing voice can sneak up on you as demonstrated by this account: http://www.anabolicsteroids.com/womenfemalessteroids.html If you're on a cycle it may be a good idea to check your singing voice daily and if its changing it is at that point where you can decide to continue or not. This is an irreversable condition.

Yep, it happened to my voice on primo. Not that I was Mariah Carey, but it ain't what it used to be. I was so stupid and uneducated about AS; I am SO glad I found this board and began to learn the correct way to use gear. I realized it's called a "cycle" for a reason, you don't torpedo the same amount in your butt every week, like I did. DUH! Again, I am so glad I found this board, I am learning more all the time.

I was concerned about similar sides! But i questioned a doctor and he assured me that if I used gear Id be able to play the piano. Which is great, because before gear I couldnt play the piano!?!? ------------------

My g/f has had some hoarseness while on Primo. However, can I point out that on that site, all I've ever seen are miserable, horrific experiences about women with the disclaimer: There are no similar warnings for men and the majority (not all obviously) of the stories are success stories with titles such as "Bodybuilding And Steroids Are Responsible For The Successful Career I Am Enjoying At This Point Of My Life". I think the site is a little gender biased with regard to AS and does not paint the unbiased factual stories that women would like to read.

I've talked to women at expos that have no regrets. They have deeper voices and some continue to shave, BUT, they knew what they were getting into and what the likely outcome was. They still retain more muscle than they did before they juiced and are content with that. Most that regret it just didn't know what they were getting into to begin with. Bottom line, know the facts about steroids, do the research yourself, and make the decision to use or not use, yourself. Then you are the only one to thank or blame for what happens. F1 |
