Okay here is the deal. I want to know if I need to do some things differently for my legs now.
Here is what I have been doing for five work outs now. By looking at the dates, I have been doing this for almost a month now.
The first question I have is how often should I change my work out to get result?
Leg extensions for workout 3 sets of 80x12
Squats Barx12
15x12
20x10
Hip sled 4 45s+10+5x12
4 45s+10+5+2 1/2x12
4 45s+2 10sx12
Lying leg curl 45x12
47 1/2x5 then had to drop back
to 45 x5
45x8
Lunges two lengths of the track w/12lb weights
Calves 200x25
220x25
Help!!!! Do I need to do anything different, or am I doing okay on this? Remember I am just beginning. I know I couldn't do what half of you do in my dreams. That will come one day though. Any thoughts? I would deeply be grateful for any suggestions.
Have a great day.

I would add leg presses...they're a killer, and add good size when trained heavy...thats where i got most of my leg mass from, and squats ATF!

Thank you. I will do that. Am I doing enough reps and sets with the other? Just wondering. I am pretty ignorant when it comes to training. So any suggestions will be a great help. I hope one day, I will be able to help those who have no idea about weight training as well.
Is there anything else I can do besides weights, such as vitamins etc... that can help?
Have a great night.

barbell squats: 4 sets, 15, 12, 10, 8 (reps)
hip sled: 3 sets, 12, 10, 6-8
lying leg curl: 3 sets, 15, 10, 8

lunges: just how you were doing is fine.
(on the last two sets of squats and hip sled, go real heavy)

calve raises (seated or hip sled): 4 sets of 25, 25, 20, 15
calve raises (standing or on seated): 4 sets of 20, 20, 15, 12.

go home. your done.
