UnFUCKINGbeleivable, the before and afters - shit.....I want some juice...and I want it NOW!!!!! & PS Bmom...6 pm---big legs...how is your back???? Mine is smoked----absoutly killing me! & Kaizen, That first shot was just prior to me doing any training at all, I was turning 17 that month....I am now 22---so about 5 years worth of work----although I cannot say I started consistantly & really properly training until about 18 or so, & really taking my dieting and my supplementation seriously until 18, almost 19.....I did my first cycle at 21...I will be 23 in July. | ||

luv2workout....hehe, funny enough, it was IG---met him when I was 16, he was always in the gym with his brother---I asked to go one day...went in, looked around, and had not the first thing what anything was or was for....I remember the only thing I did for a month was the ab-& add-ductor....what pieces of crap, now that I look back...well anyway, that was at a pansy ass gym....we moved over to this really hardcore gym, & I watched & learned....everyone there knew everyone else & was very willing to help me out----so I listened, then ended up really enjoying my time there....one day up on the "cardio deck", which, may I add, was a second floor that was about 150 degrees(the gym had no ac-when I say hardcore, I really mean it)....anyway, I was looikng at all the show pics hanging all over (like a real gym should have)...and picked up a muscle mag....looking through I saw Monics Brant & thought she looked awesome....and saying god, I wish I could look like that....But I couldnt ever.....hehe, well, the rest, they say, is history.  | ||

FC, aaawwwww..that's such a sweet story..Its fun to know how everyone got started...you and IG seem like an awesome couple! My husband is not very supportive(as far as the heavy duty workout mindset) so be THANKFUL for each other b/c that is so hard to find. | ||

You want to hear nauseating?...My kids want to trade me in for FC and IG! So, either I REALLY BLOW or FC and IG do eminate goodwill and decency! You know what they say about small children, plants and animals...... And Val - it can be done, TRAIN like a MOFO, EAT like a horse (remember folks, horses don't eat cheese curls), be a little dry sponge and SLLLLLLLLLLLLLUUURP!...suck up all the knowledge you can! Hey, isn't that what you have Monster for LOL! I am truly in awe of FC, but I can not afford to attain her size (not that I could fucking do it ANYWAY! :P)....REGARDLESS, she pushes me to give it my all, but she knows my limitations (as do I) and desires and respects them as do I her goals. It isn't always the amount of weight you push, but rather the intensity! ------------------ | ||

Blackhaus...yep, no problem...give me a little while--have to consult with IG how to do it again---I am a bit computer illiterate....& I dont think I had one up of me in a black bathingsuit--I have never been big on black--cannot remember having too many shots of me in black....I will look around though... | ||
