I am just curious if anyone here suffers from this. I am 30 and after numerous knee injuries and 3 surgeries for torn cartilege and meniscus (all the same knee) I have it. Damn, the thought of it makes me feels so old!! While it does not really hinder my workouts too much, it is an annoyance. I can predict any wet weather better that the weatherman when i feel that ache. Being winter it is a pain in the ass. I was wondering if people have any experience with successful medications/anti-inflamatories. I am presently taking Celebrex and lots of ice after workouts but meds seem to lose their effects after a few months and I look for something new to try. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I take Vioxx. It works wonders for me. I don't even have to take it all the time, just when I have a flare up. Working out definetly keeps me more agile. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
