As you all know eating several times a day, you can run out of creative ideas on ways to cook some good 4 u high protein food. What are your favorite meals that you may have created yourself. And no recipes for Chocolate peanutbutter pie etc

hard boiled eggs mixed w/ mayo, relish, and mustard. make sure you run the eggs under icy water to make the shells come off easily

scoops of protein powder w/ flax oil

albacore tuna w/ mayo, pepper, and grapes mixed in

steak cooked over highest flame charring the outside in olive oil w/ spices leaving the center rare and juicy

lo carb bars

bake bone-in chicken breasts in cajun spices w/ skin on to leave meat juicy 30 minutes on 350F. remove skin.

eat all of the above w/ Metamucil for fiber if you can't eat veggies

dinner at my house anyone? :-) I cook for a huge future pro

I love mixing some tuna and salmon together add a raw egg, couple of plain low fat crackers crumbled and some celery, make them into a patty and cook them in a frying pan just like a hamburger. I do it without oil.

cottage cheese and grapes??? *L* ick.. I'm impressed you keep this down!

1.Thai broied pork chops, with spicy peanut paste.
2.Low fat meatloaf, no sausage in it, 3% ground beef, 3 eggs instead of 1, bread crumbs, lipton onion soup mix. Great for sammies the next day.
3. White albacore, chilled cooked brown rice, chopped onion, thawed frozen corn & peas, low-fat mayo, salt & pepper. (Served chilled, great as a snack)
4. London broil, great with eggs.

Last my fave: EGG SALAD,,, yummmmmmmmmm

We bought the Laura Crevalle cookbook and it's pretty good and has a lot of ideas. Also bought "Sliced" which has a ton of recipes in the back.

This looks really gross, but it is quite tasty.

Egg whites, ground sirloin, and low-fat cottage cheese all mixed togther. It kinda tastes like an omelet.
